Today’s youth literature in French is more inclusive and diverse than we think. How can we promote and make this rich literature accessible? How to pick the right books for our needs? How to adapt it to the age and level of the students? Let's dive into a world of resources and activities using French books to support language teaching.

The Michigan World Language Association (MIWLA) is an organization bringing together teachers, administrators, students and friends of world languages ​​at the elementary, secondary and university level. MIWLA supports and seeks to achieve the following goals:
- Promote and strengthen the study of world languages ​​at all levels.
- Promote public awareness of the importance and value of the study of world languages.
- Help ensure the professional development of world language teachers at all levels.
