Which company is responsible for delivering books and boxes to me?
Shipments are made by UPS, in the United States only.
Your order is delivered directly to your home, and you can follow its progress using the tracking number that will be sent to you.
The products are shipped from our partner Libris Express in Canada.
Note that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order. In the event that a package is returned to us, a new delivery can be made at your expense.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to a PO Box or Military (APO / FPO) address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Then allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
Special requests outside of our catalogs require additional lead times. They will be confirmed to you by email along with the price of the books.
COVID: In the current health context, we will do our best to meet the announced timeframe, while respecting health measures. However, additional delays, beyond our control, could occur in the supply chain and delivery.
What are the shipping fees?
Delivery costs are calculated according to the amount of purchases (excluding taxes) and will be indicated to you on the payment page.
- Up to $49.99 = $16
- $50.00 to $74.99 = $20
- $75.00 to $99.99 = $23
- $100.00 to $124.99 = $25
- $125 to $200 = free

Exchange/Refund (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or has been damaged in delivery, within 30 days of purchase.
To make a claim, contact us at email@example.com and attach photos of damaged items.

Depending on the request, you may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
