Which company is responsible for delivering books and boxes to me?
Shipments are made by UPS, in the United States only.
Your order is delivered directly to your home, and you can follow its progress using the tracking number that will be sent to you.
The products are shipped from our partner Libris Express in Canada. Custom duties are included.
Note that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order. In the event that a package is returned to us, a new delivery can be made at your expense.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to a PO Box or Military (APO / FPO) address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items are generally shipped 2 weeks after payment of the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Then allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
You would like your books for a specific date? Contact us directly at info@cariboualunettes.com to let us know. We will confirm if this is possible or offer express delivery.
Special requests require additional time. They will be confirmed to you by email at the same time as you receive the estimate for the books and the delivery.
Shipping time is sometimes beyond our control. You are then notified quickly and we strive to find satisfactory solutions.
HOLIDAYS AND LITERARY EVENTS: Additional delays, beyond our control, may occur in the supply chain and delivery.
What are the shipping fees?
Delivery costs are calculated according to the amount of purchases (excluding taxes) and will be indicated to you on the payment page.

Exchange/Refund (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or has been damaged in delivery, within 30 days of purchase.
To make a claim, contact us at info@cariboualunettes.com and attach photos of damaged items.

Depending on the request, you may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
