At the North Pole, times are tough for Pol Polaire. Every year, it’s getting hotter and hotter. Finding food has become difficult, and his two cubs have been bored ever since the mysterious disappearance of his sweet Lili Polaire.
But Pol doesn’t lose heart and tries to teach his two little ones the secrets of hunting on the ice floes (well, what’s left of them). Together, they track down prey—each one more endearing than the last—that gives this clumsy father a run for his money, much to the children’s amusement. But mixed in with this joy is the sorrow of missing their mother. Especially since she was the one who used to hunt to feed everyone… Where on earth could she have gone?
