Julian is with Mamita, his grandmother. Their metro stops and mermaids come on board. Julian loves mermaids. “I too am a mermaid,” he said. Once alone, he prepares, crowns his head with long green leaves which he adorns with colorful flowers, and ties a long cream curtain around his waist. He is ready. Mamita and he go hand in hand towards the parade.
