My name is Sunny Nwazue and I confuse people. I am Nigerian by blood, American by birth, and albino by skin. Being albino makes the sun my enemy. That’s why I’ve never been able to play soccer, even though I’m good. I could only do it at night. Of course, all of that was before that famous afternoon with Chichi and Orlu, when everything changed. Now that I look back, I can see that there had been some warning signs. Yet nothing could have prepared me for my true Leopard nature. To be a Leopard is to possess immense powers. If I had known by accepting them that I would have to save the world, I might have thought twice. But, what I didn't know then, was that I couldn't stop my destiny from coming true.

There is not a single culture among the Lambs in which people do not aspire to this lower state called perfection, however they define it. We Leopards are not like them. We welcome what makes us unique or singular. For it is only this that enables us to find and develop our most personal powers.
