I read Indigenous Peoples Stories!

September 30 is National Truth and Reconciliation Day.

It is also the National Day of Remembrance for U.S. Indian Boarding Schools.

On both sides of the border, it’s Orange Shirt Day, to remember the children who did not return alive from Indigenous residential schools and to honor those who survived.
