Billy is afraid of losing everything, so she loses everything. It’s stronger than her. She tells herself that the day she loses something she loves more than anything in the world, she will be well prepared. But, despite her intensive training to toughen up against the worst, the day her grandpa closed his eyes forever, Billy wasn't ready.
